Speed Painting Process

I tend to change things quite a bit, keeping shapes I like and getting rid of ones I don't feel contribute to the piece. This mindset extends to the color too. I was planning on a red almost monochrome thing in the beginning and then I saw that blue there and punched it up. The original is over at Daily Digital Daubs. Hope you enjoy!

Fishboard

Short deadline for this guy forced me to paint with acrylics and the whole thing start to finish was done in a night. Tons of fun! Out of tradition I hit the diner after it was finished lol. Cthulhu

This is from a James Ryman image which he created for Fantasy Flight Games CCG Call of Cthulhu titled: Great Cthulhu. This is a fairly close crop and recreation I did for a friend on Facebook's Graffiti application to see if it was possible.
